SCAM EMAIL WARNING

We have been informed that email scammers are sending fake invoices to some local contractors and their clients. The scam emails ask for payment for Planning and Zoning applications. Payments are asked to be returned by Wire Transfer. The City of Apalachicola is not sending these payment requests and would never ask for payment by Wire Transfer. If you receive one of the emails, please notify the Apalachicola PD at (850) 653-9755.
