Planning The Planning and Grants Department is responsible for administrative support to the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment. This department implements the procedural tasks required to implement zoning code amendments, special exceptions and variances. This office is responsible for setting up meetings for Planning and Zoning board meetings, taking the munutes of those meetings, sending out required documents and providing general staff service support to the City Administrator's office.
